3 Client Story & Day Walkthrough THE MEAT

Most important section. "Walk us through your wedding day as you imagine it." Then listen — don't interrupt, don't rush, don't jump to logistics. Listen for: emotional moments, surprises, family dynamics, traditions, anxiety points.

Kayode walked through the morning — wants the prep at the Hilton suite to feel relaxed, lots of conversation. He's nervous about the first look (his words: "I'm going to cry like a baby"). Patricia laughed and said she's looking forward to it.

The ceremony: pastor is an old family friend (Pastor Ekow Quartey from Ghana). Bilingual ceremony — English + Twi. Couple wants subtle film coverage during the ceremony, no big lights.

Family entrance is sensitive: Patricia's parents are divorced, her mom is remarrying next year, and the new partner will be present. Patricia asked we be careful about not photographing them too closely together in the early reception. Father walks her down the aisle. Mom is involved separately.

Reception: cake-cutting at 9pm is a moment. The DJ has a surprise song queued from the couple's college years — Patricia doesn't know. Want candid reactions documented.
